About the project
PMG is developing it with Ennismore, the Accor company that owns the brand. It's sold as two collections: the Delano Collection, floors 20 to 47, with suites and one- and two-bedroom units, and Delano Residences, floors 49 to 75, where every residence comes with a deeded private office.
Up top is what will get photographed the most: Miami's first public observation deck, more than 850 feet up, and a pool at close to 800.
