How we work
Four commitments
- We tell you what to avoid
- If a project clashes with your goal, we tell you on the first call, even if it's the best seller that month.
- We talk on your schedule
- Zoom and WhatsApp on Bogotá, Mexico City or Madrid time.
- We read the contract with you
- We use the 15 days the law gives you to review the condo declaration, the rental rules and the deposit schedule.
- We publish our sources
- Every price, date and rental rule on this site links to where it came from. When a fact changes, we update it.
Follow us and book your call
That's where we post new launches as soon as they come out. For your specific case, a call works better.
