    Comparison

    You review two or three options calmly, from home.

    We get the current price, the payment plan and the rental rules for each one.

    You get

    The comparison in writing.

    Reservation

    You
    You hold the unit with the reservation deposit.
    Us
    We confirm the money goes into an escrow account, as Florida Statute 718.202 requires.

    You get

    The right to get that full deposit back before the contract.

  • 04

    Contract

    You
    You sign the purchase agreement with the developer.
    Us
    During the 15 days Florida Statute 718.503 gives you, we read the declaration, the budget and the rental rules with you.

    You get

    The condo documents and time to cancel if something doesn't add up.

  • 05

    Construction

    You
    You pay the deposits on the dates in the developer's schedule.
    Us
    We keep you posted on every stage of the tower's progress.

    You get

    News about your building until closing.

  • 06

    Delivery

    You
    You pay the balance, in cash or with a foreign national loan.
    Us
    We coordinate the closing and, if you plan to rent, the launch with the operator.

    The keys.

On our list, announced deliveries range from summer 2027 to 2031.

From your home country

Calls happen over Zoom and WhatsApp, on Bogotá, Mexico City or Madrid time. Traveling to Miami is optional.
