    It comes from the condo declaration. It's the number that decides whether your plan is Airbnb or monthly rentals.

    It's estimated in the condo budget and paid every month, whether you rent or not.

    Who runs the rentals

    The building, an outside company or you. Each option changes what you keep at the end of the month.

    Taxes on rental income

Rentals and starting price

How much can you earn renting a condo in Brickell?

It depends on the building, the season and the operator, and none of these three projects has published occupancy figures yet. Since Domus Brickell Park already hosts guests, its current rates are a useful reference before buying at Domus Brickell Center.

What's the difference between a condo-hotel and a furnished condo?

In a condo-hotel, the unit works like a hotel room and the rentals usually go through the building's operator. With a furnished condo, you decide who rents it out, within the condo rules.

Which one has the lowest starting price?

Parkside Residences at Brickell, with prices in the low US$400,000s according to the April 2026 groundbreaking announcement. One Twenty Brickell Signature and Domus Brickell Center haven't published their prices yet.
